Solar Light for Poor Students:

To help the education of poor student KDSSS has distributed solar lamps to 50 students at Ramadurgam parish. The students were struggling to study due to the shortage supply of electricity most of the time there will not be sufficient voltage. By learning these problem KDSSS came forward to support these children with solar study lamps. We have selected most poor children as the beneficiaries. Rev. Sr. Gracy and Mr. Danamaiah from KDSSS were attended in the program. Rev. Sr. Ruby, Ramadurgam coordinated the program. Mrs. Rohini, Sarpanch, village elders and village people participated in the program. Mr. Danamaiah explained how to operate and charge the lamp. The lamp will give light maximum 12 hours light. It will help students to continue their studies at home without any interruption. It is eco friendly and renewable energy helps to protect the environment and reduce the use of kerosene. The parents and the community members were very happy and appreciated KDSSS for the genuine support.
