Our diocese gives absolutely free education for our children starting from LKG to class X. After school studies our students are supported by scholarships and sponsorships up to getting a job. DESK is with them till they reach their goals. This is our Bishop’s specialty and goodness! Submission of Bishop Johannes Scholarship applications for Intermediate Regular, Intermediate Vocational, ITI and Polytechnic courses closed on July 31. Last date for degree studies was August 10. All the same DESK had given a grace period of additional ten days each for both scholarships respecting the late birds and not to miss out anybody. The syllabus and the places for the faith formation 10 KURNOOL VANI - SEPTEMBER 2015 programs were enclosed with the scholarship applications. All the same last Kurnool Vani had carried all the details again. Our Bishop has some good news for degree students. Their scholarships are increased by another Rs. 500/-
