Tenth Class Girl Gets Job for Rs.12000 Per Month after Desk had Trained them:

Fr Madhu, Parish Priest of Pedda Kadabur says that one of the girls who received kindergarten teacher's training from Don Bosco and DESK is working in a school in Adoni for Rs.12000 per month! She goes from home daily. Many ladies whom DESK and Don Bosco trained are working in reputed schools for very good salaries. This year also Don Bosco, in collaboration with DESK, will begin kindergarten teacher's training on April 4 Monday evening and conclude on May 8 Sunday morning. So all ladies who have completed tenth class or above are welcome to Don Bosco, adjacent to St Mary's Junior College, Kurnool 7. The expenses for this one-month program come to Rs 3000. But our beloved Bishop, who wants to educate the little ones, will support it. The candidate has to pay only a registration fee of just Rs 1000. More than double this amount will come back to the teacher in a month as she can teach her village children. She will get a salary of Rs.2000 a month and 20% incentive of fees she collects from non Catholics!
